Do you clean all types of upholstery?

We can clean most cloth and fabric-based furniture. Certain types of materials, however, may require a different method and we can advise accordingly.

Do you provide cleaning materials?

Yes, we provide all cleaning materials and equipment.

Do you remove all spots and stains?

We cannot guarantee the removal of all spots and stains. Our technicians are trained to assess stains and do everything we can to remove all stains and spots using professional cleaning equipment. However, some stains permanently damage the fabric and cannot be fully removed.

What if I have pets?

We love animals, but they may not always love us. In order to provide you with the best cleaning results possible, we recommend keeping your pets in a separate room from the one we’re cleaning in.

Are your cleaning products safe?

We use Ecolab cleaning products. You can find out more about them on their website.

How do you dry rugs and carpets?

We remove the maximum amount of water from the carpet using extractors. Rugs and carpets are usually ready to use within a couple of hours after cleaning. However, in some very rare cases it can take up to 24 hours until they’re fully dry.

Do I have to be home?

Yes, someone would need to let our technicians in and show them the areas that need cleaning.

How many people will come to clean my house?

Depending on the size of the home you can expect 1 or 2 people, and sometimes extra team members come when needed for larger homes and deep cleans. We are unable to promise a specific number of cleaners.

How long does it take for the furniture to dry completely after cleaning?

Drying times depend on the fabric material and the room temperature. On average it takes a couple of hours, but in very rare cases it can take up to 24 hours if intensive cleaning was required for the specific piece of furniture.
